Kingseat is a very comfortable four star double room with a full ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee facilities. Ben Cleuch is also four star with a Double King Size bed and an adjacent private bathroom for your exclusive use. Both rooms have stunning views of the Ochils.

The comfortable guest lounge has a wide range of publications and reading material on the local area of Clackmannanshire ("The Wee County") and all parts of Scotland, books on Scottish Cookery and a selection of games and puzzles as well as a colour TV with digital channels, and a DVD player.
